"Honestly, this was a horrible day. The bed wasn’t nice for a non-smoking room in the room, but I really have no choice. This was literally the only other room and the entire city that was available and they overcharged for it as well. I would never stay here again I would rather drive to a different city if this was the last room available."

"Hotel policy is totally confusing and unreliable. The hotel tried to make several unauthorised attempts of charge from my bank account without explanation before my hotel stay. No proper address to the issue despite my repeated request for documentation reliance. Furthermore, no official receipt was given despite repeated demand, in particular relating to the unexpected deposit money collected at the time of check in. I will not book this hotel again and I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone."
