I didn’t like the fact it was a whole different room then showed in the pictures posted on Google and other websites. And it was very dirty with worms and cockroaches on the bed.

Is catfishing a thing for hotels? They show pictures of great looking rooms but that's not what I got. I was expecting a modern remodeled room but I was given something out of the 60's. The outside door lock required a key that didn't work right. My card for the room had to be reset EVERY DAY. The only things good about the room was it was fairly quiet and close to food.

They are presented based on popularity which explains why our renovated rooms are the first showned. This being said, when you book a particular type of room, you should be able to see pictures related to that category. GREAT stay. Bright clean room with bright clean bathroom. Find the bed pillows in the cabinets at the bottom of the closet and snooze well into the morning. The front desk told me that this property was recently acquired, so I guess things might change.

Very nice stay at a good price.The location is very close the everything, the room was huge and spacious. The bathroom had heated floors which was a great addition and the room had an interior and exterior exit which made unloading the car very easy. Looking forward the staying again!

I have booked a room with 2 queen beds, only to arrive to a room with one queen and 1 pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with very thin padding and metal support hurting our backs. The fridge was also not turned on. We put our mini groceries in, including my toddler's milk, only to realize the next morning that the fridge was off. When I inquired about the room, the receptionist said the only room with 2 queen beds had some broken things that needed repairs, that's why they sent us to the other room with the pull out bed. This was not communicated to us in advance, and no apology or anything was offered. We requested to change the room to 2 beds, and was told we had to wait for light bulbs to be changed, something that was not mentioned as a part of the things that needed repair. The hotel is clean otherwise, but better service and communications are needed.

The room had no hot water. Their solution was to put two adult men in one bed in a room with hot water. Also, A/C ran all night and was very loud….and it didn’t remove the dampness from the room. I wrote to hotel management with this complaint and they did t return my email.

This property was fine. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. One problem was the air conditioner. It was right next to my bed and was kind of loud. Other than that this motel was good.

The room was spacious, and the motel has a lots of parking spaces. The only problem, there is no elevator to go to the second floor.
