Showcasing a selection of artefacts from the indigenous Amerindian peoples, this is a must on any cultural to-do list.Continue the theme by examining a wealth of Montreal treasures at the impressive Château Ramezay before making the short walk to the Marguerite-Bourgeoys Museum to see the foundations of the city’s first stone chapel.Examine the edgy artwork at the contemporary DHC/ART and then head straight to Cabaret du Roy in the Bonsecours Market for the most exquisite local cuisine. The hotel is in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly. Room we had was very large. Breakfast was great. Main drawback with the hotel was that the bar and restaurant were closed most evenings after 8pm. I think this might change in warmer months as they have a rooftop bar.
