The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the train station and the Christmas market was within short walking distance. We had a lake view room. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided all the essentials for our stay.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in on any journey. Immediately across from the railway station and our balcony overlooked the Christmas Markets. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was beautiful with plenty of storage space. The hotel was absolutely majestic as the name implies. Would return in a heartbeat.

Well renovated historic hotel, now a part of Marriott family. Keeps the flavor of old times. Lakeview room balcony provides amazing site from the balcony. The restaurant is not bad for the dinner. Two days spent at the hotel were easy and undemanding.

We had the best stay here during the Freddie Mercury days in September. It’s conveniently located right across the train station and the bus stop is also very close. There are delicious food options within walking distance and a grocery store. Rooms were clean and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast buffet had a wide range and was delicious. Dinner was better than other restaurants around the area. Complimentary beverages in the fridge were a huge plus and were refilled daily. Wonderful property, staff, and location. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
