"The hotel lobby and hallways were clean, even the hallway carpet. The room was clean and seemed modernized. We liked that there was faux wood flooring in the room, not old carpet. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety of foods and drinks. Even ‘Grab and Go’ bags were offered in the breakfast area. But the one downside to our stay was the bathroom :((. There was hair all over the bathroom when we arrived. The shower was the worst ever, with very poor water pressure, lukewarm water (finally got hot the last 20 seconds of my shower), a gross old shower curtain, and poorly placed towels. I couldn’t believe the fresh, clean towels were stored on a low shelf 6” away from the toilet seat, at exactly the same height as the toilet seat. Unacceptable!! Who wants toilet water spraying on their “clean” towels? Truly a design flaw. "
"Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was ok not great. Rooms below my standards. Faucets in sink and tub broken. Couch was stained and not a fan of German cockroacheps, had to sleep with lights on. So in reality you get what you pay for. Won'ttheth3"
"Honesty would be good. I asked for a room on the first floor, there was the claim made there were none. I went out for a late dinner and observed SEVERAL rooms available on the first floor, the property was “lightly attended”. Wasn’t sure about Wi-Fi as there wasn’t anything mentioned at check in. I did have plenty of pillows and didn’t have to provide my own toiletries, this was a plus. Considering this was a short stay, from appearance, they still have a long way to go in providing better service and better amenities. There is work in progress."

What are holiday rentals like in Montrose?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Montrose. Holiday rentals provide amenities like laundry facilities and kitchens so you'll feel just like you're staying in your own home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, holiday rentals can offer a sense of safety away from shared hotel lifts and bustling concierge desks while still allowing you to travel. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which makes a holiday rental a popular choice for a small group gathering.
