"The carpet in the north stairwell was very dirty. The blanket/comforter on the beds was thin and felt like it was made from tube. The shower curtain was cloth without a plastic liner and the floor was soaked. There was only shampoo, no conditioner. When I went to bed, there was something hard under the fitted sheet, it was a plastic dental flossing tool. Gross."
"Very clean rooms especially the bathroom. Cliff the front desk clerk was very friendly and super helpful. He made me feel as if he loves his job.Very comfortable beds as well as spacious suite. I will definitely stay there again for a staycation."
"If I could upload pictures I would. First thing first DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I checked in all was fine till I went into my room 323. I check every room I stay in because I don’t want to catch bugs or sleep on someone else filth. You pay for the cleanliness and the headache of staying how long you might stay. My Whole bed was STAINED WITH THIS MYSTERY STAIN and when I looked more into my room the ceiling has been leaking over time and they did not clean the overhead for the window so there was a stain too annnd the lamps also had stains as well. When I went down stairs to complain and asked for my clean sheets I was given my own sheets and made to make my own bed. The next day I tried to shower and there was mold on the side of the bathroom sink counter and the tube was dirty and a yellowish stain was around the tube. Further inspection there water smelt like dirty water and it was only running Cold water. I didn’t shower I got ready to leave for work and went to complain again and was meet by a different worker who told me he would have the staff clean my room and check the water pressure while I was gone. I come back after work around 10pm and it’s a different worker behind the desk and when I asked if my room was cleaned and the water pressure was okay he looked at me like I was the president. He then says yes yes buddy and waves me away. I got back up to my room and it was nothing done to my room. As I went back down stairs to complain he was gone! "
