There was a hot tub advertised with my room on the website when I booked. There was no hot tub. That was deceptive. The TV didn't work and there was a line through the screen. There was no soap. The room was overpriced.

We requested a downstairs room but they would only give us an upstairs room. My partner struggles with stairs. The carpet upstairs smelled like pet urine and was obviously dirty. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We have stayed here before, downstairs, and did not notice these negatives then. It has seemed to deteriorate. When checking in staff was not available at the front desk and did not answer when i called the (please call this number if you need assistance) number. Housekeeping finally acknowledged me and went into the office and the manager (tall dark haired man) then emerged. This also was not the same reception we've previously experienced.

The overall hotel is ok but needs some rehab. Our towel rack was falling apart, the shower needed plaster and painting, the window to the parking lot looked broken ( had a wooden stick to keep it locked). The area was close to a park for our dog and he slept well!

Property advertised a pool/ hot tub which was the reason we booked this hotel. They do not have one. They offer a pass to the rec center - which isn't open on Sundays. The front desk guy wrote us a pass but didn't tell us it wasn't open. Breakfast was also very sub par.

A/C didn't work

Booked two rooms. One room was fine. The a/c in the other room (#208) was not working, and we had to ask for a new room about 2am. The manager wasn't on duty in the morning, so I called in the afternoon and spoke with James. He wouldn't transfer me to the manager, Sulcana. He said that because I had booked Hotels.com, he couldn't offer any credit back for the inconvenience. He also said that the a/c unit was a new unit. New or not, it didn't cool the room and we didn't get much sleep as a result. Would not recommend this facility.

This hotel is dated and in a loud area of town, however the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and staff were kind and helpful. With the AC going, it drown out the outside noise and I was able to get two good nights of sleep. Pleasantly surprised.

This hotel is perfect if you need to sleep. Its a no frills hotel no pool or anything. Theres a grocery store and several fast food joints in walking distance. Area is sketchy after sundown but didnt feel unsafe.

Don't stay here.

Your website says you have a "lazy river" and a "hot tub" which means the hot tub with a pool. That is midleading!! I'm not going to another site you have a contract with just to have a relaxing soak after a hard stressful day. When I went to sleep, I felt something on my back - a paper airplane!! Apparently your housekeeping staff did not change the sheets! I decided we're not staying the 2nd night and I have asked you to refund that - so far you have not.

My experience for your service.

The room had cigarette smoke that was sprayed for by attendant, but the smell of it in the bathroom was still quite noticeable. Room was in need of paint work, furnishings worn with repaired holes filled with filler, wall hangings lacking, eating area tiny and crowded, and the evening attendant lacked having a friendly demeanor. He was possibly over burdened with work site problems of which I can easily understand.
