"Hotel has lots of parking and was very clean. Our room was in relatively good shape, even if it wasn't one of the newly renovated rooms. Beds were very comfortable. 2 things with the bathroom - the showerhead leaked something fierce and got water everywhere (we told staff and they seemed keen to remedy this issue), second, the towels are too small for bathing, they need to be bigger. Breakfast was good. Laurence was the attendant and was absolutely fabulous! Just the right amount of attention and care and was lovely to speak to."

"When we arrived the power was out in Truro so the Hotel was dark,and in disarray.they did there best to accommodate us.The hotel was clean and comfortable and when the bar and restaurant finally opened up at 5.30 pm it was pleasant and comfortable"
