"Enjoyable stay . Great location. Friendly staff .
The only way to improve would be the breakfast menu needs a vegan option like oatmeal or grits !( Not the instant variety. )"
"My wife and I went up there for our anniversary and everything was fine we had zero problems swam in a pool hung out at the beach and walked up and down the strip and enjoyed ourselves everybody there on the staff was very friendly"
"The location was convenient for the places we wanted to visit. Unfortunately the sheets did not look like they had been changed when we turned back the coverlet. We called down to the front desk and they were apologetic, sent someone with new sheets within a few minutes, and said how that was not typical. Maybe, maybe not. Our room had the private hot tub. It was clean, and was lovely to soak in-however, the knob to activate the jets was across the room, and the exhaust fan wasn't working, so the whole room was covered in a layer of condensation after we were done using it. I let the front desk know about the fan when we checked out as well as the sheets and again, there were apologies, but not much else. The breakfast was pretty standard fare, waffles, sausages, egg patties, cereal, pastries, bagels, yogurt etc. Not sure If I would stay again."
"We stayed in a cottage and it was a great experience
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable
Food was good
Beautiful sunsets on Lake Erie
Plenty to do trails, bikes, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fire pits and wineries galore, the list goes on and on
We would highly recommend the area should stay a minimum of 4 nights
We stayed for 5 and never ran out of different experiences"
"Pros: Clean and large room/ easy to adjust thermostat/ clean and safe elevator/ breakfast was decent/ quiet at night even with a pre-teen girl party down the hall/ bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries and hairdryer/ location is great for visiting local wineries
Cons: TV did not work at first and clerk couldn't help- I had to trouble-shoot it myself, which required climbing up behind it and unplugging and plugging various components/ There was only one evening desk clerk for a full hotel"
"After making reservations received an email confirmation that also said that check-in was at 1pm. We arrived at 2:30 and was told that policy had just changed and we could not check in until 3 or pay $30 to check in early!!!!
Also the bathroom floor was dirty with hair in the corners and spider and web near floor by the heat/air system.
Room size(premium king) was decent and bed was pretty comfortable."
