We spent a wonderful couple of nights culminating in the hotel restaurant Menu Degustation with wine pairing at a very reasonable price! Fabulous. Highly recommended all round"

"I have to start by saying that this place is a GEM. From the moment you walk in and you feel the five star treatment. The staff will greet you and they will speak your language, either Spanish or English. They are extremely helpful and they assist you planning any tours, event, research and everything to make it a five star treatment. The room is so clean, that you do not want to undo the bed. They clean the room once or twice daily and they leave your random notes and the weather for the next day and chocolates. The 24 hour bar that is served by the front desk staff as well makes it a lot easier. They are very personable and care for their guest. Highly recommend."

"This is a boutique hotel with only 14 rooms, amazingly well located at the edge of the historic centre. It is truly an excellent 5 star hotel which we recommend without hesitation. Breakfast is à la carte but everything is available Parking is available for a fee of €20/day"

"From the moment I arrived, this hotel delivered on every front. Situated right on Plaza Mayor, the location couldn’t be more perfect — you’re in the middle of everything, with the city’s energy right at your doorstep. My room was an absolute highlight. With a view overlooking the plaza, it struck a beautiful balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Everything looked exactly as pictured online — no surprises, just a genuinely gorgeous space. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, making for two very restful nights. The staff deserve a special mention. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond throughout my stay. When I mentioned that my room near the front desk was a little noisy at night, they kindly provided me with earplugs — a small gesture, but one that made a real difference. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines an unbeatable location, beautiful rooms, and staff who truly care, this is it. I would return in a heartbeat."
