"The room was clean.
I love the location, it’s in the heart of the city and it was easy for me get everything I needed, for my stay in Rotterdam.
Also, the customer service is top notch."

"Great clean hotel. A little bit of a walk to city center area but fine. There is also a bus stop near by if you need to take that. Check was smooth. Would stay here again! "

"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). Hotels.com had to get involved via an escalated complaint. The check in experience was also poor as the keys were not in the lock safe. This was resolved. Despite this the...

"The hotel is in a great location for transit and shopping. The rooms are generally clean but very dated. Studio 108 on the 5th floor has the toilet and shower in two separate areas. Both are in bad need of repair. This room is also very noisy as the tram is right outside. There are much better hotels in the same general area. I would not recommend this property,"

"The bed was comfortable however the room was not set up well. The furniture was crowded. The eating area was small and there were not enough utensils. The towel rack was so high I couldn’t reach it. The entry way had very steep stairs and this whole area smelled of mould and air freshener so that I held my breath going in and out. For three nights it was quiet but the last night there were people singing and shouting outside until 3am. Not our best hotel experience. "

"This location is situated between two tram stops, making it just a couple of stops away from Den Haag. Additionally, it is a short walk to several excellent restaurants. I would definitely choose Numa again for my next visit and plan to use Numa for my upcoming flight to Munich."

"Great art deco hotel. Plenty to see. It was great being able to stay there and then walking right across the street to the Rotterdam terminal to board our Holland America cruise. There was so many food options to choose from connected right to the hotel that it made things so much easier for this US customer!"
"CitizenM is a fantastic property. Excellent by every measure.
- the hotel is a perfect combination of clean/useful design and well thought out amenities and features.
- breakfast is amazing - one of the best I’ve experienced in many years.
- the simple elegance of the guest rooms made it easy on the eyes and the mind."
"Great hotel overall! It’s right in the city center of Rotterdam so it’s close and a walkable distance from pretty much everything! Staff were great! If you arrive early before your check in they will store your belongings in a safe and locked room! The rooms themselves were very well maintained and the view was great!"
"Really nice boutique-feel hotel. My room was huge, very clean and comfy bed. I enjoyed the self-service coffee/snack/breakfast offering and the lounge it was served in was a nice place to sit and read.
Staff were very helpful and recommended some places for me to eat and drink as a solo diner."
"Without exception all employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. The person working security on the initial night of our 4 night stay went beyond the norm to show us to our room at midnight. She even suggested a safe place for our bicycles and helped us carry them.
The next day Frank who is one of the first people a visitor encounters also went above and beyond by obtaining a luggage cart and loading our very heavy suitcase on it. All done with a cheerfullness that belies the effort it required.
Finally, Gideon was a wonderful ambassador for the hotel.
The visit was so exceptional that even though there are many other properties at which to stay in Rotterdam, the S.S. Rotterdam hotel will be my choice in the future."
