"This apartment is big and equipped with most of facilities you need. There are co-op and store in gas station nearby. Highly recommend it to those planning a family trip. "
"Great location near to a number of supermarkets. Hungry horse pub within walking distance and a nice looking fish and chip shop locally too. Apartment was really big and had all the bits you could need. "
"A great, cute and quiet retreat, which I regrettably only stayed in for one night, as I enjoyed eating my takeaway pizza (rock'n'roll) sat out as the sun set and listening to the wildlife. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again, recommend."
"Gorgeous little bungalow, very clean and tidy, absolutely loved it! Lisa was very communicative and helpful. Will definitely come back. And a lovely treat left in the fridge which was unexpected. Thank you "
"This apartment is located in a lovely area of Mansfield. From the moment we booked this place we have had great communication with the company. Secure car park and all the amenities for self catering. A great little place.
The apartment needs a little TLC in areas but it’s definitely worth its money.

"On the hottest day of the summer the long walk up Steep Hill seemed never ending. It was worth it when we reached this hotel.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The communal areas were inviting and beautifully decorated.
The stairs and corridors to the room were like a rabbit warren but spotless and classically decorated.
The room was stunning, it looked so inviting. Beautiful bedding, lush carpet, thick blackout curtains, a couple of chairs, a side table and drink making facilities.
Two steps up to a landing with wardrobe space and then the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel with luxury towels and Elemis toiletries. The shower was easy to use and powerful.
We ate in the bar on the first night; lovely
staff and beautifully presented delicious food. My husband said the pie was one of the best he had tasted.
I missed breakfast the first morning due to being unwell but my husband enjoyed it.
The second night we ate in the restaurant. I had the the pie that my husband had enjoyed and yes it was delicious.
My husband decided to push the boat out and have the lamb. He sat watching all the large portions coming out for other diners, then his small portion of 'nouveau cuisine' lamb dinner came out. His face dropped, he is good at maths and worked out that each mouthful cost £3. I suggested ordering a side of vegetables but he didn't want to cause a fuss. I gave him half of my pie and pudding as my portions were too big for me."
"My sister and I love coming to the Lincoln Hotel and have stayed over the course of many years. This time our visit was especially good, largely in part because the staff on Reception were so courteous, welcoming and efficient. They really went the extra mile for us, enabling my sister, who has mobility issues, to move around the hotel stress-free. They were truly amazing. Our room was lovely, comfortable and very clean, as always. And we were also very impressed by our evening meal in the restaurant: delicious food, attractively presented, at a very reasonable price. All in all, a great stay at a very welcoming hotel. Thank you to all the staff who made this stay so enjoyable. We’ll be back for another visit soon!"
"This is a beautiful hotel, lovely staff clean comfortable room. Stayed for a wedding which was just amazing. The food was really good.
Will definitely be paying another visit. "
"Parking is easy, loads of spaces. Our room was huge, it was a shame there wasn’t a comfy chair to sit in, there was plenty of space for one. Comfy beds, a big tv and tea and coffee facilities were provided. It was an accessible room so the bathroom was huge with a shower. My only complaint was the noisy family upstairs, it was awful but there’s not much I could do about that. I can recommend the food, the main meals were very nice but the breakfast comes highly recommended! This was the second time we’ve stayed here and the pub really needs a refurb. But saying that the staff are lovely, food is good you can’t really ask for more and I would go again anytime! "
"Upon arrival the staff were very friendly. Greeted and explained everything including how if I take my card over to the restaurant I will get a discount on food, I have been many times before but never been told this. The card didn't work at first and the lady at reception worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue and gave me a working card. The room was lovely the only gripe I would have is the shower was leaking where it connected so wasn't as nice as it could be but that would have to be the only gripe with the room at all. I told the receptionist upon leaving and she apologised and thanked me for letting me know. It was a nice cosy room for a couples get away. Perfect and just what we wanted it to be. "
"The food was excellent. The swimming pool and its facilities were excellent. Service was friendly. Good value for our 3 night stay.
Very pleasant rooms, both bedroom and general hotel rooms.
Only one point for improvement- the shower in room 29 needs upgrading."
