"Rooms clean and nice. Originally booked 2 nights but plans changed, requiring us to leave after one night. Would not offer any discount/refund. Only one washer/dryer for guest use. Took 3 trips to be able to start washer as the one was constantly in use. Ran out of coffee at free breakfast bar x 2 within 30 minute span."
