"Somehow soulless experience with completely remote check in and out. Didn’t see a human the whole time! The room is ok but poorly laid out with a barn door right next to bed which is impractical if two people. Also door came off rollers multiple times for no reason and trapped whoever was in bathroom until other person released them! "
