It was a stop on our way to Homer. Was not sure what to expect in middle of nowhere. It turn out to be amazing experience. B&B may not sound like lot of amenities. But, the owner has maintained property very well. They put good thoughts managing property. Property is located at the center of nature’s haven- lake, mountains, tiny waterfalls on the mountain. And on top, gives the feeling that owner really cares for the property and surrounding. Both me and my son loved our stay here. One day, i will love to come here again with family.

The surroundings are stunning and literally everyone there was very kind and welcoming. Owners were great and super sweet. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, to boot!

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Inn. It is in a great location for trips to Homer or Seward. My room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was huge and tasty. i enjoyed the setting between mountains with ponds and streams. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. I would stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The setting was lovely against the mountains. There was a walking path decorated with delightful sculptures around the property. Our room was large and tastefully decorated. The owners were very personable. Breakfast was on time and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay … hidden gem with wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again. Phenomenal breakfast. Don’t miss a walk around the property. The garden with custom art decor is really cool and we watched salmon spawning.

This Inn was absolutely amazing. Wonderful view in all directions. Property was in perfect condition. The owners were very sweet and personal. The food was delicious. Cleanest room we had during out stay in Alaska. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking about going to Alaska.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a stop between Seward and anchorage. Clean room. Beautiful lake view. Only thing you need to pay attention is there is not many restaurants options nearby.

The Inn at Tern Lake is such a gem. The rooms are comfortable and the grounds are stunning. I really enjoyed the garden art walk. While we left too early to enjoy the homecooked breakfast, they made sur to pack us a to go breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here and will aboslutely return when back in the Kenai peninsula.

Wonderful little lodge/Bed and Breakfast. Clean, Quaint with beautiful grounds and views. The breakfast was extra special, and the service, quality of dishes, and home cooking were the perfect way to start the day. My only suggestion would be to to install blackout curtains; everyone in my party had difficulty falling asleep and the next day we had a long, active day.

One of the loveliest places I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful, secluded and quiet, with huge rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, providing a “guest kitchen” with a fridge to store our fresh-caught fish and a grill to grill them on. They even lent us grilling utensils and aluminum foil. The breakfasts were incredible, with blueberry muffins and the best blueberry scone I’ve ever had. A gem!!

The Inn at Tern Lake was our favorite accommodation. The Inn is located near a beautiful lake and creek. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The room was a suite and was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and linens. The breakfast was spectacular! Homemade pastries, eggs and fruit along with coffee, tea and orange juice. The breakfast room is beautiful and spacious. There is a small kitchen for guest use. We enjoyed talking with the other guests and the hosts during our meal. The grounds around the inn are beautiful with a whimsical path to walk along. There is a putting green, and fairway for golfers and tennis courts. We highly recommend the Inn at Tern Lake!
