The main point to be aware of is the room itself. I booked what I thought was an apartment that would sleep up to 4 and have a kitchenette. What I got was a twin room with a bathroom and nothing else. I tried to query at reception but to no avail. Room was fine just not what I had planned"

"Pleasant hotel, great location. Food was very good. Plentiful parking locally. Staff very helpful. Gym has been upgraded,, the stepper doesn't function correctly - as reported on our last visit about a year ago! Our room was large and functional but somewhat dated as are other areas of the hotel. Finally, the hotel was incredibly busy, but the staff throughout the hotel worked really well as a team and even under pressure remained upbeat and pleasant."
