Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Everything was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment we contacted him. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! "The hotel is located in a good area - about 5 minute walk to Como Borghi train station (which you can arrive to from Milan) and close to a bus stop to get into Como town as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great - lots of choice, especially for vegetarians (pastries, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, cereal etc) The room was spacious and clean. We loved being able to use the pool on the rooftop and there are lovely views. It costs €2.50 for pool towels. A perfect base for relaxing and exploring Como too! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The hotel is very scenic and the grounds are lovely especially the pool area. Staff are very helpful too, room was perfect, good size and comfy bed. You can relax here all day and the views are amazing. It’s a bit of a walk up so recommend coming by car/taxi but going down is ok and a supermarket at the bottom and bus stop where you can get to town within 10 mins and Varese nord station. The only negative is the food, it just wasn’t to my liking and good value. I would definitely come back."

"The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around €15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe."
