When we arrived a doona was stuffed in to the fridge to soak up water whilst it defrosted. it was removed by the staff member as he opened the room up for us. The fridge was still iced up for our stay. Our room was next to the highway so pretty noisy,

Absolutely discusting. The room was filthy, the bathroom mouldy, basin dirty, there were crickets (the bug version) all over the room, jumping on you in bed. The room stunk, the blind was broken, door latch missing, surfaces were grose. Overall a terrible experience

Rooms were not very clean. Booked a family room for 5 with a kitchen. Barely any cutlery/crockery and unable to cook due to lack of kitchen implements. Pool dirty and unusable.
