"Our stay was pleasant, hotel was very clean and accessible to most everything, main plaza across the street, lots of dining, including their own which offered a variety of yummy dishes, only thing was a very noisy AC which sounded like the roof was about to fall on us, this was reported and hopefully taken care of. We recommend this hotel and would return."

"Really good location! The place is old, needs a little maintenance. My son got bit by an insect .. maybe spider, the first night. Not a simple mosquito, his arm was numb. Good thing we had some Benadryl with us. We reported to the from desk, and they cleaned and sprayed the room. They don’t provide ice after the kitchen is close. Overall not bad. Staff is not very friendly."

"This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Such a beautiful place, very well clean and so organized. This hotel is close to many places, very walkable. The staff was just the nicest and sweetest ever. Anything you needed or if you are coming back from exploring they are there to greet you and check in on you. Thank you so so much for everything, we will definitely be back again at this hotel. I highly recommend this place for whoever visits Moreila, Michoacan. Keep doing what you are doing because no hotel can compare to this amazing service. Muchas gracias a todas!!!"

"Location is great One night stayed Strong smell like gas when first opened the room Staff didn’t explain how to turn on light we have to go back to ask. So make sure to insert card key in the box next to the light switch and leave it there to have lights and tv on. when you leave room remove the card and everything turns off"
