Loved our stay overall

Overall wonderful stay, would stay here again. The two main negatives were how loud it was both nights we stayed there, until 2:30am. I feel that there should be “quiet hours” enforced since a hotel is for resting and sleeping. The other negative was some very cold, unwelcoming servers in the restaurant but we did have one really wonderful server that was so appreciated.

La propiedad no respeto la reservación argumentando que por haber conseguido un mejor precio mediante aplicación el precio no daba para ofrecer un desayuno al total de personas (únicamente ofrecieron el desayuno incluido para el adulto y no para los menores especificados en dicha reservación) Aunado al hecho de que debías acudir por un vale si querías recibir alimentos, Las instalaciones y blancos descuidados.

Al momento de entrar al cuarto del hotel y quitamos la sábana nos percatamos de una chinche, nos retiramos del lugar. Tengan cuidado y el hotel no hizo el reembolso ya que sus politicas son de no regresar el dinero. Personal de Expedia me ayudó con este tema y fueron de gran ayuda.

Es un bonito Hotel y en general todos los colaboradores son muy amables. La comida muy rica, la alberca muy limpia y ahi es cuestion de gustos, a mi me gusto aunque el agua se siente fria, pero no es comoda para niños o personas muy friolentas. Desafortunadamente si tengo una gran queja. Madrugada del sabado 31 mayo y madrugada del domingo 1 de junio, hubo un grupo numeroso que rento las instalaciones y que en su evento hicieron muuuucho ruido por la madrugada sobre todo el domingo porque terminaron a las 5am aprox y muchos ya muy impertinentes. No pudimos descansar y fue muy molesto. Lo peor es que la gerencia dice que es cada 15 días. Entonces en lo personal ya buscaria otras opciones de alojamiento.
