"This hotel is located in downtown Morelia. It is a very beautiful place, and the quality of the food is excellent. Unfortunately, it does not offer suitable spaces for making a phone call or printing a document; in other words, there is no business center. The staff is not as well trained as one would expect at a hotel that, frankly, is far too expensive for what it offers."
