The room was clean, most of the staff were helpful, except one lady in the restaurant. Pool was clean. I struggled getting in the shower as it was over the bath. I have a bad leg. I used the shower by the pool instead. I should have asked for a disabled room, which I did not. Overall it was good. ...

Good location, walking distance to city centre, restaurants and Bournemouth beach. Hotel was clean, lobby area nice and buffet breakfast good. Room was average sized, bed comfy, good shower.
