"I am extremely disappointed with this property. I booked two rooms for my staff members and one room had a gigantic cockroach in it. The rooms also had heavy bleach smells and were not clean. Both my staff members complained and stated they refused to stay in the rooms due to the poor conditions. The manager on site told my staff that they will be issued a refund for the rooms; however, we have yet to see the refund get processed. I messaged the Hotel through the Hotel.com chat on April 6 and never received any response to the status of my refund. I am appalled that this hotel is associated with the Hilton. I expected much better quality and service but did not receive it. Will never stay again!"

I can understand downtown due to limited real estate but charge for parking in Milpitas is a bit too much. Plus I expected the total price that Expedia list is a total price so got a surprise there."

"the staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment i checked in to check out. the only downside was i fif not have a microwave in my room so i couldn't heat my food up. the room was very small so the tv couldn't even be in front of the bed it was far off to the side. but other than that the room was fine. "Upon arrival, the service started off well. The gentleman at the front desk informed me that if I became a member, I would be able to check in early and receive free parking. Based on that, I decided to sign up. I was given a parking pass and we dropped our belongings off in the room before heading out to the board walk. First impression of room wasn’t delightful but we were in a rush. When we returned later that evening, I was able to examine it more closely—and that’s when things changed. The room did not feel clean at all. There were what appeared to be ketchup or possibly blood stains on the wall, along with noticeable dirt marks. Even worse, we found a gummy bear in the bed, which made it clear that the sheets had not been properly changed. That completely turned me off. I felt uncomfortable the entire night and barely got any sleep. Bracelet in chair. I brought my concerns to the front desk. Initially, I was offered free parking, which I already had, along with a $40 breakfast credit since I had become a member. Eventually, they refunded half of my stay, which I appreciated. However, I later realized that I was still charged for parking—despite being told it would be free. The hotel’s entrance and overall appearance are nice, but the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. It honestly feels like the cleaning service needs to be reevaluated. There needs to be more pride taken in maintaining the rooms. At this point, I don’t feel like going through the hassle of cal"

"Similar to other La Quinta properties although the basic 2 queen size rooms felt smaller. Freezer inside mini fridge is so small it’s useless. There was low water pressure coming out the shower head. Other than that, not a bad stay. Would probably recommend "

"The beach view was AWESOME. Deck was gorgeous. Staff was super nice. Parking was easy. Our neighbors the first two nights was super loud and kinda wild, and the walls are thin, but a manager offered to give us a different room, which was extremely nice. We wound up staying, and they chilled out, ultimately. We were able to bring our dog, it was a super easy walk to the boardwalk, and you basically fall out onto the beach. We’ll absolutely be back! 💕"
