"The staff is extremely kind! Every single encounter with a staff member was absolutely lovely. I must have been enthralled in my conversation when checking in, that I wasn’t paying attention to the part about her saying the charge on my account would go away in 2-10 days. When I angrily called three days after my stay, about why I was charged $50 - the staff member maintained kindness, politeness, and understanding. With that, she explained to me that I would see a refund in a few days, and if I didn’t, to please call her back and that she would help me out with it. I couldn’t apologize enough- especially working in customer service myself, I was embarrassed about my tone when initially calling.
In addition to the staff, the hotel is very clean, and also offers continental breakfast! We will come back next time we are in town to visit family!"
