Clean, great price and breakfast included. We stayed during WVU graduation weekend and this was the only hotel in the area that did not raise the prices to over $400/night. Very happy with my stay and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We, and another couple, waited 7-10 minutes for a staff member to show up to desk. Then check-in took long, as “system was slow”. Room is clean, safe and relatively quiet which is what we needed en route. Oops, last resident left food in refrigerator and staff didn’t check and throw away

Place is old and run down. They didn’t even have a pillow for the person who had to use the pull out couch. Front desk checked, and said there is literally no pillows to give.

The hotel was great with the exception of the hallways! A little more cleanliness needed! Breakfast great, staff friendly, parking close!!!! Update info there is no Denny’s close by but rooster place is delicious!!

No one was manning the property when I arrived. Tired, I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to check me in. The room was large, pleasant, and clean. The road to this location (driveway) needs fixing. I would stay here again.

Morning manager unprofessional wearing toque and hard to understand Breakfast was horrible Very little food, rotten apples, waffle machine not working properly, cat roaming the dining area Will not go back again less drastic improvement This property needs to be inspected by your company as it does not meet your standards

Conveniently located just off interstate highway. Great staff with easy check in. Facility has some updates, but showing its age. Nice lobby area for groups and families. Good value for travellers.

The exterior door to get into hallway to stairs did not secure properly. Was supposed to lock so you could use key to get into building it did not! The property had been plowed but was not properly treated for snow/ice conditions! Room was extremely cold when we arrived. Room had stains on carpet.

Linens were dirty, there was a fingernail clipping on the counter, the shower did not look like it had been properly cleaned, the floor had not been mopped or swept, marks and smudges on the mirrors, heating vent was full of debris. Not clean at all. Very disappointed.

I booked the room through Expedia. When I arrived to check in I was turned away because I’m not 21. At no point was I asked my age. I was 5 hours from home and had no room. When I asked for a refund I was denied because policy said I had to cancel before check in time. I couldn’t do that because I arrived at check in time and was turned away. They essentially stole from me.
