"Great place for older couples and for those folks looking to leave the kids behind for a grown-up vacation. 21 and over only and that's way they like it at The Cole. And they're not wrong. The pool side lounge exceeds expectations and our suite on the 2nd floor, with our own chairs overlooking the pool was superb!"

"Good staff, great lifeguards and perfect family fun pool. We have been coming for 20 years. Rooms are hit and miss . We had alarms going off and on two days of the stay. Security tried to find out what was going on. Halls smelled of weed and fried food. It’s the pool and size of the 2bdr villa that keeps us coming back."

"As seniors we missed a few things. 1. Access to an elevator to our second floor room, 2. parking lot was a ways from our room, 3. We were not able to access either of the 2 restaurants on the property. We were told this was due to a large group of people that were staying there. 4. We reported an inability to get hot water in our shower. ( We were however, given a full Resort fee stay discount for this), 5. All staff were very professional and wanting to care for our nees"

"Older hotel, could use some room updates. Overall we had a great experience at PS Hyatt. Breakfast was outstanding & kids played in pool all day. Had nice view of pool & mountains from our balcony. Walking distance to everything in Palm Springs strip. Quick check-in & parked for free in public garage & on-street. Hotel had one of the nicest weight rooms I have ever used in a hotel. All equipment was like new. We will book again"
