"This is the perfect property to stay at if you’re looking for a place for you and your wife. Amazing amenities, location and customer service. It’s a small property so their focus is high touch service. It’s also literally steps away from Rosemary Beach and they provide beach towels, chairs, water, sunscreen and umbrella. Very good value imo. We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and their concierge team was able to build a custom package (can’t believe they could bake a custom birthday cake for her!!). We’ll definitely be back."

"We had an amazing time on the bottom floor our room was right in front of the pool and hot tub and had a beautiful view of the ocean ! Enjoyed sitting out on the patio and listening to the waves . Only complaint is that we got stuck in the elevator, and that they could use a upgrade but we took the stairs after that lol ! But overall decent place and had a good time !"

"The property was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. I did find the chart with the bus schedule to the beach and other places very confusing. However, a staff person helped me understand it. Your beach access is gorgeous. My only complaint is about the butter and noodles dish for kids. This was a dish on the kids menu, but it was too sophisticated. I appreciate y’all trying to make it fancier but my daughter just wanted butter and noodles. I was not expecting it to have additional ingredients to butter and noodles.I should’ve asked exactly what was on it. Also, it would’ve been helpful if the staff had told me it included Parmesan cheese, garlic, and maybe parsley."

"We stayed Sunday-Thursday at the Watercolor Inn and it was nothing short of incredible. Even before arriving and calling the resort asking questions the week leading up to, to make sure we had our boxes checked, the staff was incredible! My husband and I both mentioned at least once a day how kind and helpful all of the staff were both at the Inn and throughout the Watercolor community! Randy at the front desk was great and gave us recommendations that ended up being family favorites! Rooms were clean and they leave you fresh baked cookies every evening on your bed. We also loved the Treats Suite! The pool was great and not crowded. The poolside service was incredible. We will be back!"

"We had a great stay here. Great room and location. Very clean. Loved that we only had to walk 2 min till we were on the white sand and soon were in the turquoise water. Loved the proximity to nearby towns if we wanted to staff communicated clearly and promptly. Would stay again!!"
