"It was comfy bed & warm, with friendly staff. Swimming pool was gud temperature very quite ☺️ 🌡️& sauna was really hot. However, room was not sweep properly, it had no blinds or net curtains 4 privacy!"

"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"The apartment was very confortable. Large bathroom. Good kitchen. Good location. We like the daily housekeeping. Also the fact that have the refrigerator, iron and hair drier was very convinient."

"Hello! It was all wonderful. Very quiet. Apartment has everything and a very complete kitchen. Only small detail - nobody around. One has to self-checkin with a code. In our case the code arrived only hours after checkin time. Surely a mistake. Luckily the owner happened to show up after 15 minutes. (There is a phone number, but we did not have a European cell phone)."

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "The staff are very help full, room is big , clean, the hotel is near the mall it was good, there is one time though that we are asking for coffee and milk the reception said in ten minutes but they did not come at all ,stayed there for 3 nights"

"Excellent location right by Basel's Old Town, and there's a bus stop nearby with a bus that goes to the main train station. The rooms and beds are very modern and comfortable, the hotel is on a quiet street, and the breakfadt buffet is excellent. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

Best Western Plus Au Cheval Blanc Mulhouse Nord

"This hotel has restored our faith in Best Western hotels! It has everything you want from an excellent hotel - great staff, comfortable rooms and a super breakfast. Additionally, there is free parking (on a first-come, first served basis) and it is close to the autoroute but very quiet. We were allocated a room in the annex and our room's blackout was excellent. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was hugely tasty and not too expensive for the Mulhouse/Colmar region. We will be back - many thanks to all concerned for making this such a memorable and comfortable visit!"
