"Very good hotel with friendly staff. Only negatives were that they were not authorized (?$ to help with making restaurant reservations. Or securing train tickets. Other than that very good hotel all the way around with free shuttle to the Metro station."

"Hotel is great. Restaurant is only open for a few hours and closes early. The surrounding area is terrible. Boarded up building, the sound of glass recycling being emptied. Very rough. But inside the hotel is nice, clean and safe."

"Me and my pregnant wife stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Let us borrow a charger when we had trouble with ours. They allowed us to take some breakfast early in takeaway bags when we had to leave the hotel before the official breakfast opening time. Overall they were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice, although wish there was more hot food options, but was at least adequate for us every morning. And very nice pastries. I will say if you intend to travel by bus instead of driving, you might struggle. We did that and we did manage but was just a little out of the way. The Z620 to and from Molino Dorino is the best bus to take, then a 10-12 min walk from there. Room service was nice, a bit pricey, but not terribly expensive all things considered, and food was decent quality. There is a restaurant called Mi Manchi (possibly misspelt) that's a 10 minutes walk away that we recommend as it was very good value for money in a beautiful restaurant with brilliant staff. Room was very nice and had good presentation. The only minor critique was only having one plug to use which was by the entrance door. It would have been nice to have some charging ports by the bed so we could use our phones while they were charging. And also some plugs by the TV so we could use a fire stick or something else. Overall though, it was a very nice 4 star hotel, especially for the price we paid, and definitely would recommend the staff and hotel to anyone."

"I stayed here for a week during the Winter Olympics. Although far from city center, there is a bus across the street that connects you to the metro. I took it everyday! I was surprised to find a nice sushi restaurant near the hotel too. I really appreciated the free hotel parking since I rented a car to visit the alps. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious considering my travel partner and I had 4 suitcases. The staff was nice and I was even given a birthday card and given a free drink to redeem. If you’re from a big city and are used to using public transportation, I believe you’ll have a great stay at this hotel. "

"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, as our stay was very disappointing. The staff were very friendly, and I’m genuinely sorry if this review upsets them, but I cannot be dishonest about the property itself. I initially intended to give a score of 2/10, but revised it to 4/10 because the breakfasts were quite good, and the room cleaning provided by housekeeping was also very well done. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. The temperature in both the room and the corridors was uncomfortably high—it felt close to 30°C. The hotel is marketed as a 4-star property, but in reality it felt more like a 2-star hotel. The biggest issue is the noise: it was extremely loud at night, making it nearly impossible to get proper sleep. The food in the restaurant was also very poor. Even simple dishes, such as baked potatoes, were undercooked and seemed as though they had been prepared in a microwave."

"This was a last minute booking for us. We booked 2 rooms. My hubby woke me up to complain about a small bug he found in our bed. I took a small video of it, thinking it might have come from the open window. The next morning, our son and girlfriend complained how “itchy” the sheets felt when leaving the area. I took another look at the video and looked up “bed bugs”. It looked like the same critter. I called the hotel to report our finding, but they were very dismissive."
