"The lighting in the bathroom was not good and while the room was clean, it was not spotless and housekeeping did not come for 3 days although I could have requested it. There was no housekeeping option on the door tag. The television channels were quite limited and movies and room service prices were very high. I would not stay there again. "

The hotel is beautiful. We love the full bathtub and shower combo. The beds are comfy. The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful. The staff are excellent and we are always impressed with their kindness.
