"I travel with 8 we got 2 rooms at 8am I went for breakfast 3 of us out of the 8 there was food, however when we left it was very little I had told the lady at the front I was sending the rest of my party to eat and there was hardly anything to eat the lady said ok. When the other 4 went to eat there was 2 muffins no hash browns and a couple biscuits! Needless to say not enough food for them to eat! Very unsatisfying! When we arrived the first rooms given one of them had roaches the lady at the desk was very kind and no problem issuing a new room! If ur just passing through and want to lay ur head down on the way it is ok, but for a family wirh kids I suggest paying a little more and go a little farther or a different hotel, if I would have known they wouldn’t put out more food I would not have ate and let my kids eat instead!!!"
"I asked for a non-smoking room, what I got was a room that was changed from smoking to non-smoking. I was offered a different room, but that room smelled like mildew. The carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced to remove the smells."
"Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but they could have had packets of hot chocolate mix; nice selection of of fruits and the eggs and bacon/sausage were very good. Great location!"
"Bathroom door was squeaking horrible (not good during middle of the night). Asked front desk to borrow a bottle of wd-40 so I could fix the issue for them. Was told maintenance was not available (a Saturday afternoon) to get in the maintenance room. Just so happened to be a Lowe's next door, so I now own another bottle of wd-40, but hey fixed the bathroom door for the property and the next guest I suppose"
"My brother-in-law had to cancel his room after showing up and seeing mold everywhere. I showed up and didnt immediately see any issues so we elected to stay the night. After settling in, I noticed that the shower tub had been painted white and was now peeling which revealed an uncleaned tub underneath. The shower head had corrosion on it indicating it almost never gets cleaned. The room was COLD and smelled a little musky so while I cant prove it, I suspect that it was to hide the smell of mold. The interior doors had rust on the hinges which means that a high level of moisture stays in the air. Hopefully I dont get sick from breathing the air! The lamp had black spots everywhere that I only saw this morning as I was leaving which I certainly HOPE was not black mold beginning to form.
We were woken up at 6:30am by a false fire alarm. They said that the oven overheated but we smelled weed THICK in the air so I doubt it was the oven. Absolutely no staff were in the halls during the alarm to tell anyone what was going on. After they turned off the alarm, there was nobody walking around telling us what happened, we had to find someone to ask if it was safe to stay and get our belongings. As we left there was glass shattered on the ground right outside of the door, that no staff were around to clean up. My in-laws also had issues unrelated to this review, however they also will not be staying here ever again.
Overall we will NOT be staying here ever again and would not recommend"
