"Basic French mountain accommodation. Good set up with friendly helpful staff. Avoriaz is pretty cool, loads of amenities. Stayed here for summer MTB, would probably stay again. Little bit tired in apartment but that’s standard unless you’re paying top end."

However that apartment itself is very small for a family of 4 especially having a travel cot and the only space for our daughter to sleep was in the main living area which wasn't ideal as it left nowhere for us to sit once she had gone to bed. "Surpris!!!!! Nous avons réservé sur HOTEL.COM une nuit dans cet hotel, la veille, nous regardons la route pur nous y rendre et là, surprise, la route est fermé à cause de la neige. Nous appelons donc l'hotel qui nous explique qu'en periode hivernale, l'hotel n'est pas accessible en voiture, mais uniquement par les pistes de ski!!!! Précision NON noté sur le site au moment de la reservation. NOus contactons alors hOTEL.COM qui se sont mis en relation avec l'hotel et à notre grand étonnement,...

"The staff were extremely helpful and the place had a nice relaxed atmosphere to it- the breakfast was good and the items were kept topped up to choose from. The hotel was in a good location for skiing so all in all it was perfect for us "
