The service was great. The room was very clean. The dog park was good. The breakfast was good. The waffles are great. A lot of carb options with just eggs as protein which I know is hard to have. Just apples and juice for fruit options.

Good value, walkable to UI, breakfast lacking

Hotel is a block away from University of Idaho. Excellent place to stay if touring UI or visiting a student there. Room was clean. Shower had good water pressure. Staff at check-in was very efficient and kind. Breakfast was missing fruit or protein (neither sausage nor eggs); however, there was coffee, oatmeal and waffles.

The property was nice but showed its age in the room. The room smelled clean and the bed was comfortable. The doors were loud every time someone shut and opened their rooms near us. The breakfast was very disappointing with not many options. But the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and nice. Property wasn’t as bad as I was worried it would be based on the reviews but the Beds very uncomfortable, can hear every noise when people on floor above you walk, tub and sink don’t drain properly. Shower water turns cold when a toilet is flushed.

Shabby, definitely a "stop over" hotel when driving a long distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room had filthy curtains, frayed and threadbare linens. Would not recommend.

You can hear every bit of steps and movement when you are on the ground floor from above you. But that’s not the worst part, you can hear the gushing sound of water everytime there are activities in the bathroom beside your room. But the staff are really nice and helpful.

Don’t Stay Here

Not worth the price at all. My room, the chair was broken, the lamp didn’t work and the carpets were filthy, they literally smelled dirty. The water comes out yellow in the tub/shower. I will say the room was clean from the housekeeping. The front staff was friendly so no reflection on them. The reflection of the condition of the hotel is the owners fault. A budget should be used for cleaning carpets. Fixing broken lamps and chairs along with mattresses that don’t feel like your sleeping on bricks. Will not be wasting my money staying at this hotel again.

Overall pretty decent for the money. I had a queen non smoking room and upon first entry I was hit with a smoking smell. I know it is a common thing when trying to go from smoking to non smoking so wasn’t upset just not prepared. The bedding and pillows did not smell like smoke which is good or I would have moved rooms. Staff were super friendly!!
