Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Poor poor poor apartment ‘sevice & environment,’

Poor environment. The bed sheet is in bad smell. No hot water to take a bath. No tissue paper in the toilet. The receptionist cannot speak english. We cannot communicate with her. She did not come to check out for us on time. Unreasonable price in this poor poor poor service.
