Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was excellent and my hotel room was very clean. Great place to stay if you are new to Moshi and Tanzania in general.

This was a hotel run at high levels of service with excellent staff, dining, and facilities. We were particularly impressed with the dining room, which had excellent hours, very nice food, and some superb waitresses. This was a lovely oasis and "home" for us amid the bustle and grit of Moshi.

Hotel was very nice and staff was friendly. Roof restaurant is also a nice place to sit with a view of Kilimanjaro. The area of Moshi is not nice, so don’t plan to leave and walk around. Given the hotels in the area, would recommend this one if you are getting to Moshi early before a tour/hike and need somewhere acceptable to stay. Also had a balcony which was nice.
