"The hotel is older and will soon be acquired and remodeled by Marriott. This is a pet friendly hotel as well. I liked the design of the rooms but, ours had a musty odor upon opening the door. Leaving the patio and front door open for a bit helped with the smell. We loved the ocean view, though. The carpet had stains on it. Maybe from dogs that had been in the room previously? The kitchen/living room was cute and remodeled. The sofa and other seating had stains. Maybe from pets? We mainly sat on the dinette seats. The beds were clean and the furniture still had a new wood smell. The sheets smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom was very roomy and clean. The towels were very clean and plush. We had plenty for a family of three. The only thing that was lacking were paper towels but, we just used a hand towel from the bathroom. The soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles were the cheap variety. The in-house restaurant was very nice. The breakfasts were ordered were tasty and filling. The ocean view in the cafe was amazing. The hotel sits right on the beach which was so convenient. The sands were clean and the beach area was well maintained. We had a nice stay but, we probably won't be back until after the remodel is done in 2027."

"We come to Titusville all the time visiting in-laws and have stayed at many hotels, campground and varbo's. Many at high prices hoping for a better stay. This hotel was very inexpensive and was very nice and clean. The pool was great. Stayed at a higher priced hotel a month ago and the pool was closed, very disappointing. Here it was open and was very clean and great swimming. The best however is the continental breakfast was served in a building sat away from where you checked in which was so nice not having people coming in see you eating your breakfast. They had a very nice lady setting up the food and was so sweet. We loved everything about this hotel. Very close to stores and restaurants. Take it from me you do not need to pay top dollar to have a nice stay in Titusville. Loved it will return to this place for sure."

"Comparing this to my stay in Destin at a vbro, this was way cleaner! The bed was comfy and didn’t make noise, if you know what I mean. It was super convenient having the ihop right there too. It saved us on a long night out."
