"Staff was helpful, room was nice and clean. Bathroom suggest you put in safety handles for us elder since we have to reach over the tub to get in. Safety precaution. Also your hot water temperature should be turned down. the water is scolding. Thank you for our stay "

"Breakfast consisted of oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and pastries such as muffins and croissants. Loved the room. Our room had a fireplace that used duraflame. This made our room feel nice and cozy. "

"Comfortable stay! walkable distance to all major attractions and restaurants. right next to the boardwalk and a beautiful coastal trail. we didn't use our car in Monterey. the staff is polite and extremely helpful. the room was quite spacious and clean with all the basics like coffee machine, fridge, storage. the rooms even had a small balcony. the only drawback was the small pool and jacuzzi which was crowded by kids. they have a huge dining area and two restaurants on property though we didn't try. would recommend. "

"Property is older but clean. We had two beds in the two story building and it was excellent! Room and bathroom were big and roomy. Beds were so comfortable, fridge and tv worked excellently. Walls are pretty thin, we could hear our neighbors cough and the upstairs occupants having a conversation and later vacuuming. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was quiet and centralized to many attractions. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We had a great stay celebrating my birthday and enjoyed the Vista Blue Spa! Our room was very clean and we liked our partial ocean view. The location is ideal as it’s along the waterfront but a quick walk to shop or dine on Cannery Row. We’ll definitely be back again, "

"Room was clean but whole property was in poor condition, carpet, walls & woodwork were shabby. Room was adequate but disappointing. Property behind building unkempt, with discarded equipment & fencing on the grounds in poor condition, unkempt & looked deserted."
