The most amazing and friendly staff. Felt like home away from home. Rooms were very clean, breakfast and restaurant food was absolutely delicious. Incredible staff, giving you a warm welcome to the hotel and making sure you are always ok during your stay. Only complaint was my bathroom smelled like sewage and couldn’t be fixed. I recommend to get the menu dinner for the best price/quality in the city. Overall I had a great stay

The staff were great! The friendliest most helpful staff. The location was brilliant, right in the middle of old town so very convenient. The room was modern and great AC, however the bathroom had a funny smell at times. Although there was a lot of noise outside on the Friday evening there was minimal noise inside the room. Overall a great stay for a trip to Mostar, would highly recommend!
