"Tout d'abord je promets d'écrire avec du recul et avec sincérité, pour moi c'est important de dire ce qui est sans exagération. Premièrement, l'hôte n'a pas voulu modifier la réservation comme demandé par mail par hôtels.com que je ne tiens pas pour responsable. En fait à la suite d'une erreur je voulais venir le jour même ( chambre disponible) et non le lendemain. Very good hotel just across the railway station

"The only disappointing aspect was the overpriced bar. A simple cup of hot water with a tea bag cost nearly 5 EUR, which I find completely unjustified for a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything was impeccable! Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof offers modern, clean, and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location right next to the main train station. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – varied, fresh, and of exceptional quality. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna."
