"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

"Our first trip to Croatia. We stayed for a week during very hot weather. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent. The a/c in the room was great and accommodation all very comfortable. We loved the vibe in Novigrad and ate at a few of the restaurants, just a short walk from the hotel. There is also a lovely park you can walk to where there is easy access to swim in the sea. We had free parking at the hotel and had days out inPorec, umag and rovinj."

"This hotel was amazing, we were traveling with our daughter so we had a suite for three people and it was perfect! The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. Breakfast is great and a beautiful patio on the water - perfect way to start the day. Spa was also very nice. If you are staying in Novigrad this is absolutely the best place to stay!"

"It was our second time at Maistra Funtana. And we have already booked for next year, again. A very well organized and very good managed hotel. It should deserve at least 4*. Tasty food, clean and recently renovated rooms, a lovely pool kids pool and a nice beach with a lot of included sports offerings. "Faultless from start to finish. Travelled with my partner and 3 year old son. Staff were all friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Hotel was was spotless and the cleaners were fantastic, they cleaned the room in the morning if you"

Villa Borgo B&B

"Villa Borgo B&B was an ideal location to stay while visiting the area. It is located at the top of Motuvan and the drive up the mountain was really neat. You park your car in the parking lot and walk up to the Bed and Breakfast. You can call the front desk and they will pick you up. Accommodations are simple but has everything you need. The breakfast the next morning was delicious."

"A perfect stay in a very nice hotel that, warrants 5 stars. The view was amazing and we even got treated to a late night firework display literally outside our balcony. The only gripe was as I was on the main floor by reception, it did get a bit noisy but it wasn't that big of a deal for me because everything else made it worth it."
