"I really did enjoy my stay at Arlo Soho. The staff was sweet and sufficient at the front desk. Check In/Out was easy and smooth. Turn down service could use some new recommendations but I received what i asked. The hotels’ restaurant Linden’s and it’s staff were pleasant, tentative and thoughtful. I would recommend it. "

"Great location, large comfortable rooms although a bit worn, some mould in bathroom. However the noise from the nightclub on the 15th floor was pretty extreme. Just travelled down the lift shaft. We could even feel the bass while lying in bed. My son and I are good sleepers so we used thick earplugs and were fine. I had read about this issue and requested a quiet room in advance but we were still put next to the lifts. Rooms in the other wing are probably not affected. Either lose the nightclub or categorise and price rooms based on noise impacts. Anything else is unfair to guests."

"We we're there for a wedding. The room wax a little small but comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was construction preventing easy access for vehicles."

"We loved our stay at Public, the hotel is beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help us. It’s in a great location, we were able to walk most of the trip. I do wish they had better parking options at the hotel. "

"There was duct tape holding the bathroom vanity together and the towel hook in the bathroom was barely hanging on. E didn’t have any body wash on the first night."
