The staff is absolutely among the top of any property I have ever stayed (we travel often for work AND spa vacations), this property has edged out my previous number one holder. Enough good things cannot be said about the staff, who always magically appeared when you needed something and made your every wish happen. Special mention to Luigi and Elena at the bar, (thanks for all the delicious drinks!) and all the women working the spa who were endlessly cheerful and kept the place looking beautiful. A well equipped workout room with incredible views, a wide variety of spa services and the sauna and thermal areas of the spa mean this is our new favorite for “me time” vacations. We hope to come back soon and often! Mille grazie. "

"Phenomenal staff, hotel was clean and bed was comfy. Shower was hot and water pressure was good. Parking was easy and convenient. Only negative is our room got extremely hot and the air conditioning didn’t work. "

"The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us. So, there you are, hotel is nice, location is nice, but the place certainly isn't comfortable and the front desk did not want to take appropriate action to address this. "

"The rooms are quite small but have everything you need. Excellent location. Easy to get to a lot of tourist attractions- bus and train stops close by. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Altho we paid for breakfast, we ate out. It smelled good from front desk 🙂 My only negatives were a) needing to carry luggage up narrow staircase despite having a ‘lift’ ((elevator) and b) that you can hear everything from other rooms, the hall and the street-we had room facing street so we had to keep window closed at night. Regardless, I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to London."
