"Hotel staff and concierge were great. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet. The restaurant and pub seemed to have staffing problems and were not attentive. The facility is showing it's age, however. Still, it was convenient to the mall for shopping. A little to far to walk to the Horizon cruise terminal ..."
