"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. "Le logement était à la hauteur du descriptif seul bémol il y a pour le petit déjeuner des petites tasses à cafe et moyennes tasses ; il manquent des bols qui peuvent être utiles pour des céréales ou soupes....il n'y a pas de séche cheveux mural dans la salle de bain. L'établissement étant tout neuf cela aurait pu être pensé lors de la construction."

"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem.
Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon).
Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by.
Kitchen is a little sparse for a major...
