"I’ll admit, I didn't quite know what to expect when booking this stay, but I walked away incredibly impressed. This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we walked into our initial room, it was clear that the property exceeds expectations—clean, beautifully designed, and much more spacious than the photos let on. We did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom shortly after checking in (a slight plumbing hiccup). I mentioned it to the front desk just to let them know, and their response was immediate and exemplary. Instead of sending up a quick fix or making us wait around, the staff went above and beyond, immediately apologizing for the inconvenience and transferring us to a brand-new, immaculate room. The level of hospitality here is top-tier. The entire team was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. What started as a minor inconvenience turned into a demonstration of flawless customer service."

"The room was clean and wonderful. The main breakfast choice, though hearty, is on the unhealthy side, though there is an option for oatmeal only. This is a problem since there is no protein with it; of course, you could order an egg à la carte. The restaurant is handy, but you have to work to find something that is actually good for you and tastes good, too."

"The entire hotel smells like heavy cigarette smoke… you can’t breathe! If you are a non smoker this place is not for you .. they walk around with cigarettes in their hands everywhere!!! Even to check in man in back of me smoking… disgusting!!! They say they have non smoking machines area , well it’s so small and over taken with smoke anyway!! Terrible !!"

"For the most part we enjoyed the stay. I don’t care for the time share push. My son is special needs and we were there for Dr appointments only, not for entertainment but we had to explain ourselves several times. One of the treadmills was out of order as well, we asked about when it was going to be fixed and it never got fixed while we were there so hopefully it gets taken care but other than that it was a pretty good stay"
