Kids being unattended inside and outside. Key card had to be reactived each time. Employees had no customer service skills whatsoever. We were here on training. Remote didn’t work. Lamp leaning to the side. Bathroom light flickering. Crap on the toilet. Curtains falling off. Fridge didn’t work. Spoiled our food. Gym out of order. I would never book with Expedia if you continue to do business with locations like this. "

However, the Bryson in is an updated old school true story motel with updated doors with key card locks in a quiet setting just off the interstate and the staff made me feel safe and welcome."
