"Location- good. Size -good. Cleanliness - good. But- communication was problematic. The hours of the front desk are few and the phone number provided was specified for "emergencies only" - so if you have a non-emergency issue - you're on your own? ? ? The internet was not working at all in our unit ..."

Coconut Malorie Resort Ocean City, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"The room had issues in the toilet and also the ceiling broke and ended up ruining a pair of shoes from a leakage. The description of the pictures was not accurate to the room. I was supposed to have a suite and had one regular room with balcony."

"Really liked the cottage. Could've been a tad more cleaner, like under the couches and maybe a mopped floor. Absolutely loved having the clean towels and sheets!
