"Staff were very friendly. Room was quiet and fairly clean. There was definitely an issue with the hot water and the drain in my shower. It took about six minutes of running the water (at 5AM) to get any hot water. Also, the shower drain was very clogged ( and yes, I did figure out how to open/shut the drain.) The bathtub filled with cold water as I ran the shower waiting to get any warm water to come through. "
