"This was the second time we stayed here. The hotel and our room were very clean. The faucet on our sink was a little hard to pull up and then let out a very strong stream of water. The shower unfortunately never got more than luke warm. Both of these do not occur durng our first stay so I’m sure it was just the room we were in. "

"Room was clean bed comfortable ran out of hot breakfast items 45 minutes before stopped serving had to get breakfast elsewhere. Staff not very concerned "

"We were there for the NASCAR race, it was a great location. Staff was friendly, room was clean."

"Check in was the only bright spot. Hotel was not at the standards to demand $300 a night. everything was dirty, everything. The sheets, counters, tub, sink all dirty. Multiple blown light bulbs in bathroom and bedroom. A/c could not be controlled. Tub and sink had turned colors from neglect. Couch stained and no sheets for the pullout bed. Hotel was supposedly at capacity so no option for a room change and no other comparable rooms in town due to race at Bristol. Will not stay again. "
