"10 out of 10 recommend. Incredibly welcoming front desk staff. Mary and Mary are amazing! This stay was a return work trip for me to Bardstown, and I opted to stay at the Distill Inn again because my first experience was tremendous and a minute from where I was working in town. The rooms are so well clean, the bathroom is well stocked and, the only minor recommendation we had was a hook or a bar for the towels. Otherwise, the Keurig machine in the lobby, the Pickleball court, the sitting area, the breakfast, and the welcome atmosphere made this work trip without stress for me."
"No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel.
Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in the laundry room requiring , evacuation. Smoke in hallway of second floor because the doors weren’t closed. Poorly staffed.
I was in room 202."
"Nice hotel just off the highway. Plenty of parking available. Fast check in. The room was large and the bed was firm. They had soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. They offered turkey sausage, white egg omelets, hard boiled eggs, fruit and even gluten free muffins as well as all the other items typically offered for breakfast."
"We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been a good experience. They are undergoing construction so we are looking forward to staying again once completed."
